14yo Boys 4x100m relay
In the lead up to the CHS championships, the boys continued to work hard on their technique – regularly joining Andres before school for a training session. He took starting blocks and relay batons and coached them on starts, changeovers and general sprinting technique. The boys easily won their heat in a new team best time and then went on to win the silver medal with yet another team PB. Their efforts and commitment to the team showed in their superb runs and they all did themselves very proud.
Heat | 47.60 | 1st place; 2nd fastest qualifiers |
Final | 47.32 | Silver medal |

Final | 11.64 (+2.1) | Bronze medal |
