As a result of his performances at the Little Athletics State Championships in March, Andres was invited to attend the Little Athletics Australia National Training Camp on the Gold Coast in the October school holidays.
Andres had a choice to attend for the sprint hurdles or circular hurdles and chose the sprint hurdles, recieving expert coaching from some of Australia’s best coaches and experienced athletes.

He really enjoyed the camp and learned a lot – including some things he was able to put into practice immediately upon his return resulting in some excellent new PB times.
