Andres represented Northern Suburbs Little Athletics Centre in the 80m hurdles, 100m sprint, 200m sprint and junior 4x100m relay in the U12 age group.
Results: 2nd in 100m; 2nd in 80m hurdles; 4th in 200m; 2nd in 4x100m relay – qualifies for Region in all events.
U12 Boys 100m sprint
Andres set a new grass PB of 13.94 in the heat to qualify 2nd fastest for the final and then finished 2nd to qualify for region.

Andres qualified 2nd fastest for the hurdles final and then set a good PB to finish 2nd – only 0.04 seconds from the win and zone record. Easy qualification for regionals.
